Family owned since 1982, the Broder Family operates three award-winning Italian focused concepts at the corner of W. 50th St. & Penn Ave. S. in Minneapolis. While each location creates a unique experience, they share a common mission: to build a family of restaurants and a strong organization committed to the future. BRODERS’ CUCINA ITALIANA

Welcome to the Cucina! The Broder family started this little shrine to Italian food in 1982 and it has since become a neighborhood institution in Southwest Minneapolis. It all began with a trip to Italy that sparked a passion to produce freshly-made pasta for locals to cook at home. Many trips later, Broders’ Cucina Italiana imports fine specialty foods available from all regions of Italy, and prepares a wide range of foods from fresh pasta and sauces, to baked goods, deli meats, cheeses, pizza, Stromboli, sandwiches, lasagna and more. Dine-in, Take-out, delivered to your door, catered, or shipped nationwide, Broders’ has convenient, delightful and delectable solutions for home, business, parties and gift giving. BRODERS’ PASTA BAR

Located across W 50th Street from Broders’ Cucina Italiana, the original deli and specialty food shop, Molly and Tom Broder opened the Pasta Bar - to cook the pasta they were selling the way it was meant to be: fresh, al dente, perfectly sauced and thoughtfully executed. Since 1994, Broders’ Pasta Bar has been serving house made and quality imported pastas and risottos, focusing on both Italian regional traditions as well as seasonal & local ingredients. We source from Midwest farms, when possible, and grow vegetables in our own parking lot garden (weather permitting, of course!) but really, it’s about the pasta. With 30 pasta dishes to choose from, there’s something for everyone!
